U.S. Returns – Smooth Sailing Guarantee
We want you to love your gear. If you're not feeling your shades, you've got 30 days from purchase to return them for a full refund — no questions, no hassles. Even better? We cover the shipping both ways.
Just make sure your items are in the same condition you got them, and head to Smooth Sailing Returns to get started. Use the email tied to your order, and we’ll hook you up with a return address and a pre-paid label. Once we get the return and give it a quick check, your refund will be on its way.
⚓ Note: After 30 days, returns are off the table.

International Orders
*International orders outside of the USA are currently unavailable.
The process is nearly the same for our international crew. Visit Smooth Sailing Returns to start a return. If eligible, we'll send a pre-paid label. Once we receive the item in returnable condition, you'll get a full product refund minus any original shipping fees.
Want to exchange? Just return your original item and place a new order for the style that’s calling your name.
